The following documents will be accepted:
- Declarations Page
- Evidence of Insurance
- Certificate of Insurance
Submission checklist:
- Your name and names of all adults living in the household.
- Insured address.
- Policy number.
- Policy start and end dates.
- A personal liability limit equal to or greater than the amount required by your property manager.
- The property manager listed as an “Additional Interest” including their specific Albany, NY processing center address.
*Please note, a document labeled as an application for insurance is not acceptable proof of coverage.
