We are very excited to announce that this past week, Effective Coverage moved into brand new headquarters! We have been steadily growing and improving every year since our start in 2007, and we finally grew too big for our old office building. 1809 has served us well these past few years, but it’s time to move on to bigger and better things!
Effective Coverage started with a spark, when our founder and CEO, Eric Narcisco lost his home and all of his possessions in a fire. He vowed to educate both tenants and landlords alike on the importance of insurance, and thus, Effective Coverage was born. It began as a one-person venture in an incubator in Manhattan:

Eventually, Effective Coverage grew to two people, then three, and moved upstate into the 1809 building. There, we put some roots down for quite a while as we honed what it meant to provide the best insurance solution for renters. We are now nationally licensed, and we are the only company that not only provides but also effectively tracks renters insurance for landlords to ensure compliance and safety.
With the celebration of our ten-year anniversary and moving into our new headquarters, Effective Coverage has grown from a scrappy startup to an organization affecting change on a national level and a whopping twenty-five members!
