After living here for a year West Stonehill is probably the nicest place and one of the best locations in Waite Park/St. Cloud Area. Situated just down the road from Quarry Park, there is ample parking and the workout room is top notch (free with rent!). One of my sticky points was solved when they repaved the most pothole infested parking lot just weeks ago! If that’s my only complaint I think it is really good, and if you rent a two bedroom you may just end up with a Washer/Dryer in your closet!
